2008 UNITED WAY UPDATE

The Greater Pittsburgh Celiac Group will no longer be participating in the United Way program. This will be effective for the 2008-2009 campaign. Contributions for the 2007 campaign will be completed by April 2008. We sincerely thank those who have contributed to our support group in the past years. You are most appreciated! You may consider the United Way Impact Fund or the Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank as alternatives.

FYI: Butler/Cranberry area meeting, February 7, 2008, 7:00 p.m

An organizational meeting will be held on Thursday evening, February 7, 2008. This meeting is open to the public and is meant to be informational in nature only. The focus of the meeting will be to learn what gluten-free fooods are available, where to find them, recipe sharing mainstream gluten free foods and more.

The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at the North Street Christian Church, 220-226 West North Street, Butler, PA. People who have been living with this diet will be on hand to discuss its benefits. Samples of Gluten Free Foods will be available.
